What is the difference between MP3 and FLAC?

MP3 is the most universal kind of digital audio file and it will be perfect for those who listen to music using their PC, mobile phone or MP3 player. Our MP3 files are the highest quality possible with a constant 320kbps bitrate.

FLAC is a lossless format most similar to CD or in-studio quality. This format is perfect for the most avid music listeners who appreciate the subtleties of sound and is the best option for burning to an audio CD for playback on a stereo system.

What is a ZIP file?

Your download may be packaged in a ZIP file to provide you with an easy and convenient download. Once you have downloaded the ZIP file to your computer you will need to extract it before you can access your files.

To extract a ZIP file on Windows:

  1. Right-click the ZIP file
  2. Click “Extract All”
  3. In the “Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard” choose where you want to save the extracted files
  4. Click “Extract”

To extract a ZIP file on Mac:

  1. Right-click on the ZIP file
  2. Select “Open With > Archive Utility (default)”
  3. The “Archive Utility” will appear on your screen displaying the progress of the extraction
  4. Once the files have been extracted they will be located in a folder in the same location as the original ZIP file

I’m having trouble downloading my files, what can I do?

Depending on what you are downloading the file sizes can be quite large and this may result in poor download performance. After purchasing our digital EPs and digital albums you will have access to a ZIP file which contains all the audio files as well as individual links for you to download the songs individually one-by-one. If you are having trouble downloading the ZIP file try downloading the songs individually, the file sizes will be smaller and the download performance may improve.

Can I burn your music to an audio CD?

Yes, we are happy for you to burn our music to an audio CD for the purpose of storage/back-up and private use such as playing on your home stereo or in the car.

You can burn MP3 to an audio CD very easily using your preferred media player such as Windows Media Player or iTunes.

If you find that your preferred media player does not support burning FLAC to an audio CD we would recommend using Nero or free alternatives including Burrrn and CD Burner XP to do this.

What does my order status mean?

Processing – your order is being processed, this means your order includes a pre-order item which is due to be released or a physical item that requires shipping.

Complete – your order is complete, this means any digital items included in your order are ready to be downloaded and any physical items included in your order have been shipped for delivery.

Cancelled – your order has been cancelled, either by us or you, this could be because you changed your mind or because of insufficient funds.

How can I access my downloads?

When the digital items included in your order are ready to be downloaded we will send you an e-mail notification with a link inviting you to start your download. If you created an account with us during the checkout process you can log-in by clicking here to view your order details and any available downloads.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All physical items will be shipped from the UK via Royal Mail, once your order has been dispatched the estimated delivery times can be found by clicking here.

Do I need a PayPal account or can I pay without one?

After confirming your order at checkout we will direct you to PayPal where you can make your payment securely using a PayPal account or a debit/credit card. If you don’t have a PayPal account you will be able to pay by using your debit or credit card instead by clicking the “pay with a debit or credit card” link.

How do I calculate shipping costs?

Our shopping cart defaults to the UK and will initially display UK shipping options. If you live outside of the UK, once you have placed your items in the cart just click on “Calculate Shipping” and select your country from the drop down menu to update shipping options.
